Keep normal state of mind during the extraordinary period

 

疫情何时结束尚不确定，上网课屏小字小眼睛易疲劳，有时信号弱易卡顿，有的同学因各种原因还不能上网课，有的同学父母可能早已开始为生计奔忙出外打拼无暇照顾孩子，有的同学在家可能还要照顾年幼的弟妹，衣食住行要自己料理，困难颇多。非常时期，要保持平常心态，实属不易，但是岁月不会因病毒而停止，该做的事情一定还要做。随波逐流很容易，独立思考非常难。

It is uncertain when the outbreak will end. It is easy for our eyes to fatigue with small words and small screen on the internet for class, and sometimes the signal is weak and it is easy to get stuck.For a variety of reasons, some students can not take online classes. Some students’ parents may have already begun to rush out for a living so that they have no time to take care of their children. Some students may have to take care of young siblings at home, and manage clothing, food, shelter and transportation by their own, who have quite a lot of difficulties.  It is not easy to maintain a normal state of mind in extraordinary times, but time and tide wait for no man due to viruses.Do what you need to do.  Following the crowd is easy, independent thinking is very difficult.

近日观看纪录片《西南联大》。彼时飞机轰炸，命不保夕，食不果腹，衣仅保暖。茅草宿舍，铁皮教室。然联大学子仍勤学不辍，才有后来之大师辈出。想我辈今日之艰难定能排除。

 Recently,I have watched the documentary Southwest UnitedUniversity.  At that time, the plane bombed, life was precarious, theyhave little food to eat, and few clothes to keep warm. Nevertheless, even so, the university students were still diligent in learning in thatched dormitories and tin classrooms. Only in this way were there a large number of masters rising from this great university afterwards. I do not have the slightest doubt that our difficulties today will be ruled out.

各位同学，非常时期，静心淡定，尤为可贵。想清楚自己的强项弱项，有针对性的解决之。订出实用可行的计划，穷尽各法实行之。上网课仅是学习的形式之一，更要利用好手头的各种学习资料，查漏补缺，八仙过海，各展其能。在这个非常时期，同学们更要保持良好的心态，管理好自己的生活，用好时间，尤其是父母不在身边的同学会更辛苦。历经这场穿越暴风雨的归真返璞，会让我们在各种悲喜交集处，和彼此相见。

Dear babies, keeping calm during this special period is especially valuable. Figure out your strengths and weaknesses, and have atargeted solution to practise.  Draw up practical and feasible plans to implement . Internet classes are just a form of learning. Each of us, but also to make good use of all kinds of learning materials at hand and check the gaps. We each fight tooth and nail just like eight immortals crossing the sea . Here,in an extraordinary period, westudents should maintain a good state of mind, manage our own lives and use our time well. Especially,it's harder for classmates whose parents are not around.  We all run through the baptism of such a rainstorm, removing the exterior and restoring its natural original appearance. Let us meet each other in all kinds of mixed feelings and

见真实和真诚。

见客观和慈悲。

见专业和常识。

见理性和边界。

见尊重和独立。

见偶像和价值。

见他人和众生。

见不幸和幸存。

见敬畏和自然。

See the truth and sincerity.

See objectivity and compassion.

 我相信同学们一定能够把握好自己。让我们携起手来一起努力，共克时艰。
